In 1991, Boulden Energy Systems was built by Marc and David Boulden. The father and son team brought deep experience in the power generation market to a new company focused on the needs of engine dealers.
Shortly after starting the business, they brought in Ted Karas a mechanical engineer from Drexel who expanded the focus of the company to include broader system integrations that expanded the companies product offerings.
In 2020, Pam Karas joined the company as President and CEO after a 25-year career in the pharmaceutical industry to focus on our customers’ needs in the evolving marketplace.
Since 1991, our mission has been to design custom heat transfer, cooling & exhaust emission control solutions for the world’s best engines to achieve overall project success.
